Emergency Electrical Callout
Electrical and solar faults do not always keep business hours. If your system has failed, a circuit has tripped and will not reset, or something has stopped working the way it should, you want someone who knows the system and will get to you.
This is about looking after our customers and handling urgent faults, not a call-out line for every job under the sun. If we installed or service your system, we already know how it is put together, which means we can get to the bottom of a fault faster and get you back up and running with less mucking around.
If you have an urgent fault, call us and we will prioritise it. And if there is any sign of danger, such as burning smells, sparking or exposed wiring, switch off the power at the main if it is safe to do so and keep clear until we arrive.

Common questions
What counts as an emergency?
A system that has failed, a circuit that keeps tripping, loss of power to essential parts of the property, or anything that looks or smells unsafe. If you are not sure, call us and we will help you work out how urgent it is.
Are you available after hours?
We prioritise urgent faults for our customers and do our best to get to genuine emergencies quickly. We are not a round-the-clock hotline, so the honest answer is we will get to you as fast as we reasonably can.
What should I do in an electrical emergency?
If there is any sign of danger, such as burning smells, sparking or exposed wiring, switch the power off at the main switchboard if it is safe to do so, keep everyone clear, and call us. Never touch damaged wiring or a failing unit yourself.
